Fiumicino Beach - Sleep & Fly

It was one block from the beach and the host gave great dining recommendations.

The apartment was exceptional in all respects and the proximity to the beach was an added bonus. Our host, Marilena, was equally exceptional; her communication was prompt and super friendly and nothing was too much trouble ! We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Rome. I cannot recommend this property more highly 🥰

We had a nice welcome basket with drinks and breakfast. The apartment was well decorated and had everything you need available. It was clean and wonderful.

My husband and I arrived after a long train ride from the Amalfi Coast. We stayed one night because we were catching a flight the following morning. The host Marilena was right there at the property to meet us. She even arranged transportation for us to arrive to her property from the train station. She also arranged for a shuttle to the airport the following morning! (40 euros total - to and from). Marilena has a beautiful energy and very accommodating! She graciously showed us the apartment. Everything was extremely clean, and we felt very comfortable there. The building is very secure. The apartment has everything you need. Marilena left us snacks and drinks, which were appreciated. The balcony is large, and you can see the ocean. The shower pressure was great. The bed was comfortable. The living room area was clean and very comfortable. Marilena recommended a few restaurants. We chose the burger bar which was an easy walk from the apartment. The burgers were amazing too! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our last night in Italy a pleasant and relaxing one.

Perfect accomodation in every way, beautiful apartment with big terrace and nice decor. The bed was comfortable with nice linien that guarenteed a good night sleep. Marylin, the owner, did everything to grant us a good stay and took care of ordering a transport to the airport. We highly recommend!

We wanted an overnight stay in Rome close to the airport as we had our flight back home the next day. We had a spur late check-in past midnight, and Marylin our hostess was the kindest and most responsible. She had sent detailed instructions before but stayed connected with us via WhatsApp every step of the way to get the shuttle and arriving to the apartment. The apartment was sparkling clean and very comfortable! Thanks Marylin!

The place is very clean and roomy. Host is more than helpful, well beyond expectation. She is kind, very passionate and also proud of her apartment. Almost new and has lovely balcony for relaxing. Grocery store is only 20 min away by walking.

Location is in very small town and away from main facilities. But it is quiet and ideal for our need for relaxing. Do not expect much activities, but many sandy beaches are there.
