A family-friendly, eight birth, 2019 Abbey Trieste Caravan

The extras In the caravan were fantastic There was wine and beer left for our arrival which was a nice touch although I didn't drink. The communication with the host when problems arise was fantastic, for example when booking.com did not give us the correct key safe information or the name of the caravan, the host informed us of this. The beds were comfy and all bedding towels were included as was tea, coffee and milk on arrival. We even had the opportunity to have later check out Sunday which was great 👍 thankyou so much .

Lovely touch from the hosts with birthday balloons and wine left for us. Home is lovely and clean and longe area very spacious. Bed rooms once reached max occupancy is a bit snug. Good location for morecambe. Due to the time of year didn't get to try any facilities but seemed a nice park

Arrived and enquired about the Xbox not working for the kids to be advised we hadn't booked any kids just 2 adults. Booking confirmed showed 6 adults and 2 kids. Not an issue but not enough bedding provided even when someone came to give us more still wasn't enough. First morning gas had ran out so no heating or hot water. Called reception as advised but no answer for 3 hrs of tryin. Text and called host but no reply eventually called another number to be told to just switch to another gas cannister but advised we had tried but couldn't. Someone did eventually come to put this right but did feel like we had put someone out of there way to sort this.
