Great location, everything could want and need , owner lovely very helpful,room great

Only thing didnt like no tv in room but was living area to sit in

Vicino a Alexandra Park, quartiere calmo e nel verde. Cucina in comune pratica. Camera globalmente carina, ben arredata. Cassetta per le chiavi per aver accesso a qualsiasi ora.

Pulizia non impeccabile soprattutto negli spazi comuni, soffitti un pò bassi, bagno un pò piccolino. Si sentono tutte le altre persone presenti in casa, soprattutto quando salgono o scendono le scale.

It was a very homely feel, previously we stayed in hotels but this was way better. Very clean and comfortable, excellent value for money. I would highly recommend it.

I have nothing negative to say about this property

Basic but clean room with a nice comfortable double bed. Loved the location, opposite a park and walking distance from the city centre.

My only gripe is that I felt the building didn't have much in the means of sound proofing. I was woken both days by squeaking floorboards when the guests started moving around upstairs. Still this wasn't enough to spoil my stay but if you're a light sleeper you should be made aware of this.

The room was excellent and spacious and in suite; the bed was very good, very clean and neat; there was a table for reading and a mobile heater, which came in handy. Enjoyed my stay.

The only small issue I had was the absence of TV in the room and not allowing lodgers to cook since it doesn't run a restaurant. The TV in the common room doesn't cut it for me. And eating junk for the days I stayed there because of the no-cooking policy was a minus.
