A68 - Palmeiras Paz Apartment

Sehr groß und gut ausgestattet.

- Really big and beautiful apartment - Nice pool with a nice view - Great location close to everything but dead at night (so super quiet!)

-No shampoo/ soap in the bathrooms -had to pick up keys at the office a few blocks away. Check in was a bit late and checkout was early but they allowed us to keep our luggage in the apartment

Spacious apartment, good location

Only 1 small towel, 1 large per person (they didn't refresh them), we asked for extra towels, since ours didn't dry, and were told that the cleaning lady would bring them if they had extra ones, in 4 days they never got them. The apartment has a washing machine (that we couldn’t turn on) and no washing powder was provided. The dryer on the balcony was old and rusty, and rust spots were left on the towels. There was not even a small piece of soap in the apartment to wash your hands after check-in. No cleaning service during the stay. Wifi didn't work. As everyone mentioned, breakfast was a joke, but we donated our breakfasts to the homeless. They delivered a package with breakfast every morning, but they missed it once. When checking in, keys must be picked up in another location (10 min walk). The windows were very dirty and the table and chairs on the balcony were dusty.

Everything was fine except we had problems with the tv and the a/c which were eventually resolved by the staff.

Le service de l'agence locative était bien. Tiago nous a bien dirigé lors de la remise des clés et même lors du problème de chauffe-eau.

Devoir s'occuper du problème de chauffe-eau. Vider les contenants où l'eau s'accumulait, le jour comme la nuit. Donner la mise à jour quotidienne de la situation à l'agence. Devoir patienter pour que le propriétaire réponde quant au changement du chauffe-eau pour qu'il finisse par decider de le changer par lui-même et ce, pas avant notre départ. Panneau électrique hors circuit dû au chauffe-eau donc pas d'eau chaude ni d'électricité. De plus, une odeur désagréable provenait du drain de la salle de bain.
