"Bad"

Just location, will never go back they advertise beautiful nice apartment but when u get there it's totally different place

Paid for the place they advertised wh3n arrived totally different and smaller i asked they said that place not available and they changed place without letting us know ow, bring your own toilet paper

"Poor quality unit. Needs revamp!"

The place is located at IT Park. A place with no sleeps. Really convenient of Ayala Malls Central Bloc. 7 Eleven is just below the building.

The place unit itself needs revamp, deep cleaned of windows, AC’s very dusty. AC at lounge area not cooling.

It's close to my son's graduation ceremony at the waterfront

Room is old and not clean, I even clean the AC filters myself when we arrived at the place
