USUSRUN DON’T WALK!!!! We came down to PCB for travel baseball tournaments and vacation combined. This property is absolutely amazing! The pictures are spot on. The view is beautiful! Check in was super quick, no front desk lines to wait in. Kitchen has everything you need even has a crock pot!!. Master bed room mattress is phenomenal, would suggest them putting the same one in second bedroom. Loved the high-top table on the balcony was perfect for having that morning cup of coffee. We will absolutely be back to stay here again!!! Was in communication with Madison from the check in process to any questions I had… phenomenal customer service!!! Heads up the elevators go into over drive at around 4pm everyday with the heavy foot traffic coming in for dinner and evening activities. Parking deck attached to the building, however it is a very tight fit.
Lounge chair on the balcony was broken, and exhaust fan in master bathroom does not work. Neither have any major impact on your stay.

The lamps,cabinets and bar stools were dirty, there was was not enough room in the kitchen for the food.

USThe first night was terrible due to the fact that the beds sheets and bed comforter were stained and dirty in the first bed room and the second bed had sand in it! It was obvious that the cleaning company had not changed the sheets or comforter. The extra sheets in closet did not fit the beds. We removed the sheets and laid a comforter on the bed that we had brought from home. We called the resource manager who told us someone would be there the next day by 10:00 a m and they did not show up until 11:30 After we called them again. This really was very upsetting and ruined our day! No refund was offered. We highly recommend a new cleaning company for this condo! The location was great with the wonderful view of the ocean.
