GBThe apt was clean and tidy, the position was great convenient for everything. The bed was comfortable
The instructions are confusing to get the keys, it says once inside go upstairs, but you need the keys to go inside and they are outside in a key safe round the corner! The heating didnt work for 2 days then maintenance came, the thermostat wasn't (isnt) talking to the boiler. The drawer under the bed is broke and once opened won't close, only one side of the toaster works, no tea towel, the self closing bedroom door squeaks terribly, the toilet kept running, very large stain on the setee, the curtain pole is wonky, the finishes are poor, its not luxury, just adequate
IEIt was clean, comfortable and the host was great. Location is also top notch, very close to the city centre
not really important, but I think they should replace all the lightbulbs with "warmer" lights. the blue "cold" lights they have at the moment are a little bit eerie and not great for relaxing

The fob to the garage did not work and I wasn't able to park my car on the street. I called to request a new set and nothing was done until the evening before I was due to check out. Also did not appreciate having to pay either a £35 deposit waiver, or a £5 handling fee for the security deposit. This just seems like money for nothing.

GBGBIELocation is perfect. Walking distance to everything. Really central. The designated parking was great.The apartment was nice and warm and very clean. Responses from management were really prompt and helpful.
A few bedside lamps and a lamp in the sitting room would make a difference. There is no name on the building so we struggled to find it at first.
