519 Family Caravan at Golden Gate Holiday Centre, Sleeps 4

Football all night till 12,couldnt get a proper shower either red hot or freezing with turning button in shower boys very dissappointed

THE PLACE IS COVERED IN BED BUGS. I have never in my life had bedbugs in my house. I went to this caravan at the end of March and came back beginning of April and now my house is infested and I am covered in bites. I have not been away/ stayed anywhere else other than this caravan and my house in the the past month. I’ve messaged the owners and they said that at the tests where done in March but they didn’t confirm how long before I came they were done

Radiant heater wasn't working. Felt extremely cold. How difficult it would be for someone to stay without heater in UK in the night time

It was close to club and baths

It was placed in a nice place not to far from entrance

That it was right by were the children played football at 8 in the morning everyday I was there the caravan was freezing cold had to have the fire on all day bathroom windows were broke n letting in a lot cold bedroom was freezing and living room there was no rags or cleaning supplies had to buy them myself bed was uncomfortable had to sleep on the quilt and use the single quilts to cover with

The ckub house and staff qas nice and friendy nice capsite

The caravan was not stock right no bins on capsite so kwft rubish in the caravan and heating didt work right not much pans need more and qindows dont shurt right

Very enjoyable few days every clean all directions and communication spot on THANK YOU everything good, stay again

Great for families, in the middle of a caravan park with playground, football court and other activities. Very close to the beach. Very good value for money (cheaper than similar caravans in the area). The caravan had everything we needed, nice hot shower, cooking facilities, mains water, TV, good WiFi. Easy check in and out with lockbox

There was no frying pan in the kitchen facilities. We managed to do a fry up with the 3 saucepans though!

Good location easy walk to shop, club beach etc

Was very dirty on arrival it looked like someone had only just got out the beds bin was full there was dust all over units stained milk in the fridge stains all over the seating area we contacted the owner who said she was driving she would call us back. 20 mins past by no call so we contacted her again am she’s apologised am said she was trying to get in touch with a cleaner if not she would come herself we went around the club to get are tea and she called to say the cleaner was there as we was eating we told her we had just got are tea her reply was what do you want me to do you have the key. so we had to leave are food and go around to let the cleaner in then we had to put are dog in the car while the cleaner cleaned the van witch took a further 50 mins to do he even said he would not be happy turning up to that state. so when we said to the owner we didn’t think it was fair that we had turned up to it in that state and wasted a few hours she got a bad attitude and said what you want a refund for 2 hours. Wow. it’s not about money or any kind of refund it’s the principal of turning up at a holiday home with 2 children and a small dog for it to be a hell hole she admitted the cleaner didn’t clean before hand but then tried to say it was not put down on there sheet she also tried to state we was abusive when I contacted booking.com another lie I have my messages and if that was the case why would you have allowed us to stay cause I wouldn’t of guess it’s just a other one of her lies. All the lies and the messing around we decided to check out a night early again I sent her proof of how I left her can witch was like no one had even stayed in it . wouldn’t definitely not stay again anyone looking for one look for the 527 only allows me to upload 4 photos but there were plenty more
