"Superb"

Fantastic location, v close to beautiful beach and great cafes and restaurants. Clean. Well equipped, air con, underfloor heating. Plenty of towels, comfy & flexible bed options.

Only one oven tray & tv signal a bit temperamental - my only (and v trivial!) criticism!

Great location moments from the beach. Clean and coffee etc provided Comfy beds and pillows Setting amongst the trees was private and great to have a balcony

En suite bathroom smelled of drains No soft touches No hooks on back of doors Not enough furniture - no second bedside table in main bedroom or any table or surface in second bedroom.

"Great stay, but needs a few little tweaks to make it special!"

We loved the location on the main stretch of houses on Banks Road, Sandbanks; it was within easy reach of the Swanage ferry, Tesco Express, chippy, beaches and the Poole bay where we could SUP and kayak. The flat was clean and clutter-free which was good. The wide-fold doors to the balcony were fantastic, with a lovely garden view where the squirrels and bats were entertaining. The beds were super comfy. Entry and exit systems were perfect. Comms with the owner were A++ Overall very good.

Just niggles really, so nothing we didnt like as such.... but important to consider when paying so much for a holiday visit and definitely would make this stay special, not just great. They are things which I would expect as standard, or at least be checked from guest to guest: the AC system in the second bedroom did not switch off when you turn OFF. The fan would not stop all night and the instructions to use it did not refer to any troubleshooting of this type. So either better instructions should be provided, or the unit was not working properly. Unfortunately, this fan kept me awake two out of three nights :-( Second niggle is that it would be nice to have perhaps a coat stand or hooks at the entry door, rather than have to hang coats around the dining chairs; maybe a rug to feel more homely, bedside table in the second bedroom and a power shower, rather than the weak flow. Thirdly, the owner requests the tenant to tidy and clean before leading. I could not find a vacuum cleaner, so trying to use the dustpan and brush (albeit it with a handle) was hard work! Also there was no cleaning sprays to clean behind ourselves, so just washing liquid had to suffice. Finally, the internet connection was pretty ropey. So television cut in and out and we gave up using the free Wifi on our phones and stuck to mobile data. I think the flat just needs a once-over to check wear and tear of loose fixtures and fittings and it will be superb! NB My critique is based on being a seasoned Airbnb guest and Booking.com user, so is relative to other experiences.
