The house was easy to find and in a nice location . We stayed only 1 night but the beds & room were comfortable, clean and spacious for the family. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee with creamer. The home is close to shopping and entertainment. We ate at Crackers restaurant outside on deck, we all enjoyed it.

The neighbors have a Rooster so if you’re not an early morning person don’t sleep in room with 2 queen beds because you will hear him clearly!

The house was well located and outfitted well. We appreciated having coffee, creamer, and a spice rack. The A/C and television worked well. The welcome book was a nice touch.

The weeds/vegetation needed trimming at the sidewalk/walkway. The 'gameroom' in the garage was a nice touch, but without A/C the space is very hot & humid in the summer. The neighbor's rooster started with noise at 6:30am daily and thruout the day.

This property was advertised as new. However one of the two showers we were basically only able to use once as the drain would back up and fill the tub up to your ankles. I contacted the property owner and they said that is how it is due to some pipe issue, to just wait for it to drain. Well it took about two hours to drain. So all 7 of us used the one shower. I just think it was not accurate to advertise the home as new when it really only has one functional shower for a large house that sleeps 10. It was very inconvenient. In addition, the one light/fan in the one bedroom did not work. They said “sorry” but we had no light in that room. The ping pong paddles were very old and all the balls were broken. They did have someone provide balls the 2nd day so we could actually play. This may seem petty, but when you are traveling with teens and they are looking forward to certain things, it is a big letdown and feels like the description of the property was not truthful. Fan lights (except the one that didn’t work at all) all flickered. Also, the game room is a garage with no A/C and the rooster next door is pretty noisy in early morning hours!

Water doesn’t drain from bathtub, allowing only 1 person to bathe. Back porch not really usable (weathered and dusty but nice table and benches. The water dispenser on fridge door, it’s tricky not to drip water on floor. The ice dispenser flap froze up and blocked the ice from coming out but I was able to remove all the crushed and solid ice by hand

The home is comfy and welcoming for a great stay at the springs. It’s well stocked with amenities and the owners have thought through how to make your stay enjoyable. It’s close to shopping and restaurants and convenient to get around. We had a great stay and would definitely book again!

Home was very clean and cozy. All the essentials you needed for your stay were supplied. Loved the binder left for guests with information about local attractions, dining and instructions for the house. Would highly recommend this home to friends and family looking to stay in the area! Thank you for a great experience!

The house is in a real neighbourhood with a driveway, the large washing machine and dryer, the house was spotless. It has everything you need.
