"The apartment itself was comfortable but the managers need to be more efficient."

No breakfast provided but the cafe next door provided excellent coffee and breakfast

The code to the key safe we were given was incorrect and we spent 40 minutes trying to access it at 5.30 am as we had an early arrival for which we paid an additional day before we were able to locate the owners phone number and obtain the correct one. The wifi password we were given was also incorrect so we again had to phone them to get the correct one. At the end of the stay the lift didn’t work so they had to send someone to help us take our cases down. These were irritants we didn’t need.

The location is amazing - we enjoyed having our morning coffee from the nearby Mokai Cafe and Subko. A lot of quality eating options are nearby including Bombay Born. The house in itself was perfect - clean and well maintained. Having a 1BHK, with a full-stack kitchen to yourself in busy Bandra is a luxury even 5 stars can't offer. Check-in check-out process was smooth, and cleaning staff non-intrusive. Will definitely choose to stay here again.
