Braunton Breaks - 'The Cwtch'

Comfortable spacious accommodation. Very nice touch of milk and fizz in fridge on arrival

No bathroom upstairs

Property was lovely. However, here comes the not so nice bit. There is a door that connects the cwtch to the property next door. Behind this door must be the en-suite to one of the bedrooms. The door is not sound proofed and you can hear every toilet noise and I mean all of them. Also on Sunday we also heard whoever was staying in the property next door having sex. As if they were in the same room as us. This is absolutely not acceptable

The cottage was very clean, easily accessible, very welcoming hosts who were at hand if any issues. The garden was perfect for the lovely weather we had and would definitely be staying again!

Parking

The location was perfect. The cottage is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Six adults in our party and there was plenty of room. Two bathrooms was also very useful.

The mad road junction in the middle of the village, overall the accommodation was brilliant, the only thing that would have made it even better would have been an en-suite in the two upstairs bedrooms which already have plumbing for the two very handy sinks already installed, we would recommend this quiet place to our friends and family as it is located centrally to most other popular Devon destinations In the area
