Neat and location

Being there for 20 days ,we thought the apartment would of been serviced at least once Oven was not clean at all, washing machine leaks water after washing

Good location, nice, spacious flat

No kettle even if it was shown on photos. I contacted the owner to get the kettle but they ignored us

Fully renovated, very clean, with all the promised/described services and comforts (spacious kitchen, nice bathroom, etc.), easy access, and located in a nice neighborhood near bus stations, taxi stands, all-day serving stores, markets, restaurants, and cafes.

The building is rather old and not well-maintained, but this does not create specific problems, as the apartment is located on the elevated ground floor level, and you don't need to go far inside the apartment building.
