Pulizia al top, tranquillo, apprezzata la cucina comune completa di tutto, I bagni sono altrettanto" spotless" condivisi ma nella mia lunga permanenza Mai avuto problemi di disponibilita', notevole il rapporto qualita' prezzo, nn esattamente in Centro ma cn una comoda passeggiata di 15 mn si arriva in piena via etnea Zona rinascente, insomma sicuramente struttura meritevole di un 10 , io ne do 9+1/2 perche' sono restio alle telecamere e purtroppo nelle aree comuni ce ne sono un po troppe... Colgo loccasione x salutare la flamboyant collaboratrice nancy

"If you're looking for affordable accommodation near the city center, you've come to the right place!"

The location of the property is in a walking distance to the center of Catania (Via Etnea) but at the same time in a quiet place (and the room had a view to the garden with lemon trees). Grocery store and bar just round the corner. The room had was equipped with everything needed. Basic breakfast included (incl. coffee which was great and life saving:), a fully equipped kitchen also with a basic ingrediences was another plus of this property. The staff was super helpfull and friendly, communicated very quickly. Instructions for check-in and check-out were super clear. Definitely a great choice for great price!

Comfortable, not far from city centre, clear indications for everything, and clean. Great spot for small budget. Coffee available in the kitchen.

Confermo che ho preferito non alloggiare nella struttura.

Considerato che per errore MIO ho prenotato il B&B con bagno in comune ad altri ospiti e considerato che mia moglie sii vergognava uscire con la sola asciugamano addosso, Avevamo chiesto degli accappatoi, ovviamente negati ma ci ha risposto con un bagno esclusivo pagando volgarmente un supplemento in denaro. Inaccettabile sia nel merito che nella considerazione (qualcuno direbbe se questo è del mestiere) Abbiamo preferito alloggiare in struttura più consona e meglio attrezzata perdendo il prezzo pagato, la dignità ha valori diversi.
