It is a clean, comfortable space. It is well furnished in a quiet building.the kitchen equipment was adequate for a short visit.The apartment is equipped with washer, a hob, and a dishwasher. there are 2 space heater if needed. the wind through the slider doors provided any needed cooling.

there was no oven. I have old eyes. Light bulbs were not functional or not enough fixtures. This is a trick of a cheap landlord saving money where it won't hurt HIM. I decided to stay here for the affordability, availability, space, and the view. It isn't the Continental or the Ritz. Nonetheless, the bathroom needs all lights working, because it is a cave. If I stayed longer, I would have bought my own light bulbs. There was a battery operated light at the mirror. Guess what? Dead batteries. But they were free of charge. Not the Continental hotel. I would stay here again.

Fabulous location for walking across the bridge into Porto. Balcony on each side of the apartment meant superb views day and night. Very clean and well equipped!

Everything..location and the view

The apartment was comfortable, and having a balcony at both ends meant we could always have a wonderful view and a breeze! The kitchen was well supplied. The Homeit phone app worked well, and it was nice to have a key for backup. The location of the apartment was so convenient- subway and trains, bakeries and restaurants all within a block. We liked having very quick access to downtown Porto, while being away from the busiest streets.

Some of the nights were cool- there’s only 1 space heater- suggest a second one be provided.

Great location , 10 min walk to Gaia and across the upper level of the bridge to Porto . Tram stop was just outside the building and a supermarket was across the road . Great contact with host who was very helpful . The view from the rear balcony was as pictured and absolutely beautiful , we will return to Porto and will stay here again .

The apartment is simply amazing. Very well decorated, and with everything you need. The bed was comfortable and there was enough kitchenware to cook food. The view is just simply amazing and it was really nice to have a bit of Port wine and some sweets on the table. We had one issue during the check-in due to no fault of the property, but Sónia was very kind and available to help. It also felt that they were always at a message's distance whenever needed.

It would have been nicer if the property could have air conditioner. We had to leave the windows open overnight to cool down the apartment (Portugal is still really hot during September at times!) and we could hear the dogs from one side and the metro from the other which stops around 01:00 and starts again around 06:00.

Très bon séjour de 8 nuits début mai Appartement situé au 8ème étage (avec 2 ascenseurs) possédant 2 balcons l'un côté avenue, l'autre avec vue sur les caves et le Douro et la ribeira (vue magnifique de jour comme de nuit) Accueil très convivial en français avec un verre de Porto Changement des serviettes et du linge de lit en milieu de séjour Appartement bien équipé avec des volets matériel de cuisine suffisant, literie de bonne qualité, lave linge avec des programmes rapides très pratique (seul bémol pas de climatisation juste un ventilateur cela peut être un problème l'été ) Appartement idéalement situé, très proche de la station de métro général Torres, un petit supermarché à 2 pas, à 25 min de marche du quartier historique de Porto
