View was amazing!

On the second day after arrival the smell in apartment was disgusting, probably some issues with canalization system. Some things were not cleaned well.

Location, beautiful view and spacious apartment

The house it’s in a desperate need of a good clean. Never, ever before experienced anything like this. I couldn’t take a shower, nor my son as the shower cabin was full of mould. All towels had a very nasty smell, we used some paper tissues that we had in the car. The kitchen it’s dirty, I had to wash some cups and one plate in order to use it. I didn’t touch anything else. The fridge dirty, bits of dirt inside, stained. The oven was filthy, never used, the glass door was smashed and missing. No heating in the house, even though we asked Giacomo for it. No Wifi, you can connect but no internet. Bedding dirty, smelly, that hasn’t been cleaned after the previous guests. The smell as you walk inside it’s shocking, clearly used to be a heavy smoker that lived there. It’s a shame as this it’s a lovely property, but needs a deep clean, bedding, towels, and all of this to be washed in between guests. There was a coffee maschine and one coffee pod, never used as we were disgusted and didn’t want to touch anything. Very very disappointing, even though very cheap it shouldn’t be there on Bookings as this property it’s in no state for renting.

We booked for 4 nights in Aosta because we wanted to go skiing in Cervinia. It is a nice commute to Cervinia if you stay 3-4 nights as us. Overall, the property has its charms, has a really nice view from the windows, has a capacity of 6 persons ( we were 3 adults and a toddler) and house has a really good size, but there were a few aspects that could be improved to enhance the guest experience. Giacomo is very kind and helpful, responding within minutes. Much bigger apartment than on the pictures. Mountain views from the balcony.

We encountered issues with the internet, which unfortunately persisted for two days. This was inconvenient as we were relying but after 2 days. Giacomo bought a new router and we manage to use it for the last 2 days. Secondly, we found the heating system to be less than optimal. Because we travelled with toddler and one of the gradmother, the main idea for us was to take the grandmother with us in order to go skiing but in the day that me and my husband went in Cervinia, granny and our son did not had heating during that day which for us was an inconvenient especially during winter. Giacomo again managed to speak with someone as I undertand he is not the owner, he is just managing the property so I assume he got in contact with the owner and heating came back but quite late in the day. on a personal note, washing machine was not used due to a smell because the others used it and they closed the lid before drying. Maybe can be changed. Please note that towels were not used because I believed were washed in that washiing maschine and we preffered to buy new ones. I hope you take this feedback constructively, and I look forward to seeing positive changes implemented in the future. Despite these challenges, we appreciate your support during our stay.

The owner said there is a gas leak in the kitchen that s why we had to close the main gas tube, this is putting in danger the guests, especially as it has been reported already by guests in 2023, to us he said it occured recently, for me a case for the police/carabinieri. You can't rent an appartement in this conditions with the gas supply not ok 2. Arriving at 17.00, heating not working, contact with the owner, still heating cold, than he wrote us a message asking us to close the main door, than another message saying the heating will start at 19.00. This has been the case. 3. Shower very dirty a lot of mold/ muffa 4. The owner said that the last guests have broken the oven, strange, because other guests report this since 2023. Such a bad experience 5. In addition the WiFi was not working, 6. The television is not working It s more easy to say what has been working After this mess the owner offered an rimbursement , which never arrived. Really really bad experience in all the sences.

The apartment was clean and the owner was very kind and always communicate with a quick response and availability

I thought in a place like that I wine opener or a coffee machine shouldn't have been a problem, but there it was, gas leaking when you on it to cook, every where was smelling like gas hole... We couldn't open a wine bottle we took to celebrate 🥂 us, and coffee machine was just noisy and wasn't working properly....over all I wouldn't rebook it, sorry but it's the truth.

The views were stunning and it felt quite spacious.

The oven was broken, the pool had been packed away and it was a little dated.

Such a cosy property in an amazing location! Definitely worth choosing for an experience.
