"Nice Environment and Panorama"

Easy to pick and follow instructions.

The were renovations undergoing and one day were 6-7 hours of continuous work, the other 4 days 2-4 hours of noise, not very relaxing.

Lage, es ist nicht einer der Badeorte aber für Sassnitz schön

Schönes Objekt, aber etwas vernachlässigt. Wohnzimmerlampe nur 1 von 4 eingesetzten Lampen einsatzbereit, linkes Waschbecken fliesst schlecht ab, Fernseher (Ersatz) uralt und komisch montiert, Fernbedienung passt nicht zum Fernseher, Sauna im Haus nur bis 60 Grad... . Da fehlt etwas. Wir waren vor 10 Jahren hier, da war das deutlich besser.

Der Zustand der Wohnung ist verbesserungsbedürftig: schlechter, nicht verstellbarer Duschkopf, unsinnige Mischhähne im Bad, splitternder Holzbelag, keine Liegen und nur sehr unbequeme Stühle auf dem Balkon,
