Hostly - La Pera Suite Apartment - 2 Bedrooms, Full Center

The host Carolina was very attentive any time we got in touch. Our flight was delayed and we arrived after 1am but had no phone reception to access the entry codes. Thankfully the building door was open and when we called, Carolina was very helpful in guiding us to the apt and helping us gain entry. The property is in such a fantastic location with everything within walking distance. The Leaning Tower is a 20 min walk across the bridge from the apartment, the Pisa train station is 10-15 min walk and you can get a train to anywhere from it. The apartment is basic but has all the necessities for a short stay. The beds are very comfortable and the pillows are excellent for a great sleep. Good working air conditioning in the two bedrooms.

I wouldn’t say there was anything in particular we didn’t like about the apartment itself but if you planned to sleep someone in the living area on the sofa bed there was no AC in it and you couldn’t have slept with the heat. This is only for anyone looking at it as a place to stay, be aware there are 60 steps up to it and with luggage it can be a struggle so not for anyone with any issues in climbing steps. Also the apt is situated right in the bar/party area and it is noisy. We were up late into the night anyway are heavy sleepers and stayed through the week, and could deal with the noise levels, but a light sleeper would struggle with the constant noise and volume of chatter that goes on well into the early hours of the morning. I can’t imagine what it would be like on weekends. But again we had no problem sleeping.

El apartamento no ofrece desayuno, pero la ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de varios establecimientos donde puedes tomar el desayuno, la comida o la cena si así lo prefieres. Hay aire acondicionado en el apartamento y se ofrece muy buen Wi Fi gratis. Dándole las gracias al anfitrión que había dejado indicaciones dónde se puede comer bien y económico y también por la botella de vino y el agua que nos esperaban en el frigo.

Algo que no fue de nuestro agrado (pero que el anfitrión no puede ser responsable en absoluto) es que, siendo un apartamento en edificio de larga historia, no tiene ascensor y la escalera para subir hasta el tercer piso es bastante estrecha. Otro inconveniente es el super estrecho cuarto de baño y utilizarlo es un poco incómodo.

Location is great, everything is within walking distance, shops, restaurants, sights, supermarket, etc... The apartment is equiped with all necessary stuff, specious enough. The host, Carolina, was great...checking if we are OK and needing something. She gave all relevant information about the city and where to eat. Fantastic!

The down size is that during the night in the apartment (3rd floor), as located in the city centre with bars and restaurants below, you hear loud noise from the outside, so sleeping can be disturbed.

Everything was absolutely great, we really enjoyed the location, it was just a few minutes from the train station and also from the Pisa centre.

Good central location. Close to the Leaning Tower in Pisa and the train station, making sightseeing much easier. Clear instructions on how to get to the apartment and excellent communication with our host made us feel well taken care of.

Patogus prisiregistravimas, iki oro uosto ramiai einant pėsčiomis iki 30min, iki geležinkelio stoties 8-9min. Iki Pizos bokšto 12 -15min. Šildymą galėjom reguliuotis patys. Yra ir konficionierius. Šaldytuve laukė dovanų butelis vandens ir vyno. Nuomotoja nuolat teiravosi ar esam patenkinti, ar viskas gerai.

Triukšmas iš gatvės. Jei miegate jautriai, gali būti nemalonu,nes vidurį savaitės dar nelabai triušmingai, penktadienio naktis buvo ypatingai triukšminga ir ilgai. Reiktų sandarių langų, durų.

pour nous ça a été, mais l'appartement est juste à côté du place très (très) animé.... il y a du bruit 😄 attention à ceux qui ont le sommeil léger
