A CASA DI NINNI "Orsola room"

Struttura facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione, tutto pulito. Stanza accogliente, con tutto l'indispensabile indispensabile (bicchieri, piatti, caffè, zucchero, ecc). La signora che ha gestito il check-in (per messaggio) molto disponibile e chiara nelle indicazioni.

Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani erano in materiale sintetico (ma questi son gusti personali)

È molto carina e accogliente; mi è piaciuto molto come era arredata. L’ho utilizzata più che altro come punto di appoggio per visitare la città, però è possibile cucinare, preparare il caffè, fare colazione. Inoltre la responsabile è stata molto gentile al nostro arrivo a lasciarci una bottiglia d’acqua in frigo, ed è stata disponibile tutta la durata del soggiorno ☺️

L’unica pecca era che il pavimento era un po’ appiccicoso

Casa poco curata e poco pulita. Cuscini scomodissimi. Complesso l'accesso all'appartamento. Nel momento in cui abbiamo avuto necessità di contattare la proprietaria ha risposto dopo piu di un'ora. Zona poco sicura, se si cerca su internet viene definita "la via dello spaccio" peccato non aver controllato prima...

Very good for a short 2,3 days stay. Nice location, well equipped and Comfortable. Great value for money. Easy contact less check in and check out. The host is kind and gave all the information needed.

Everything is good. Just as a suggestion, a microwave oven would be really great for the kitchenette:))

Very big problem with getting into the apartment specific way of opening the door. The problem has existed for a long time and no one has fixed the problem for months. I recommend attaching detailed service of this door. I waited 40 minutes for the service to arrive. Very uninteresting area, Entertainment district.

The apartment was very clean, we enjoyed very much, there was an air conditioner and also the mattress was very comfortable. Furthermore unfortunately we forgot a piece of clothing and after contacting the owner she offered to send it to us by mail and we agreed on the price, very helpful and gentle.

There is one door (the last one) that is very difficult to open/close is rigid.
