"Great property owner and great place."

The customer service! The property owner was very understanding of our situation. My partner went in labour 2hrs before our checkin time and I immediately messaged the owner regarding the situation. She/he was very supportive and though the booking was non-refundable, they still gave me partial refund and sent us their well wishes.

The owner was very responsive and helpful. The place was very clean. The location was quiet and easy to find.

The toilet wasn't working properly, and we couldn't flush waste. It was challenging since my family prefers to use it every morning.
