They put wrong location in booking,com posting

I booked and paid the unit and it says they're full booked/overbooking. I called the number they put contact person. He referred to complained to customer service, replied email still referring to customer service. Bouncing back n fort without addressing the issue, they didn't refund my money even though I've never check in to there unit. What 5k plus payments ignoring customer and as if I'm the one at fault. Tskkk better off checking ur units if still available and update. Such disappointed those money was from hard earned. So disappointing

The apartment was ok as we got moved after we had to contact the owner to complain about the cock roaches in the first allocated apartment which had not been cleaned or aired and smelled quite bad.

The reception staff and security are excessively bureaucratic and unhelpful, and go out of their way to make things difficult. We had arranged for my wife's sister to visit and had the owner's permission. We intended to go to the swimming pool. The reception staff and security told us that she had permission to go swimming but not to enter the building to access the pool. This is utterly ridiculous. We gave up after 2 hours, seeing that we were getting nowhere. It was clear that the reception /security found the whole thing amusing. Perhaps it livens up an otherwise dull day for them. I will never use the Shore residencies again, they are rubbish. We had paid quite a lot through booking. com and had booked for a full month.

The owner ask for a Php 1,000 deposit and he said that it will be returned upon check out, but then he refuses to return. He is claiming that there is a damaged chair which I didn’t use. I only stayed there to sleep and take a bath. I was on a business trip attending a 2-day conference and my stay there was very short.
