GBAfter a long search to stay some were which would be comfortable after my hair transplant in london I found this apartment in the most gorgeous place reading which is secure private and safe to stay we can only say we have been very disappointed after what I found this flat was FILTHY which is not the start filthy and disgusting an apartment that has not been looked after at all it’s obviously an apartment that has been lived in and then offered on booking.con we’re the tennant has not looked after the apartment there was dirt in every corner of the apartment which I had to clean along side my partner, also went to a retail store to buy fresh towels and bed linen and duvets as the smell that was coming from the double room duvet covers and duvets smelt rotten I would advice people even though reviews are great on this advert not everything as great as it seems pictures are to follow stay away from this apartment the bottom line is it’s filthy and discusting and that’s me trying to be nice I was told the usual cleaner was away to Brazil on holiday via phone call and I was advised I could get another deep clean which I declined as it was the same cleaner that would be sent and also told this was not the first time the cleaner has done this so how many more poor people were conned in staying at this apartment I wonder

GBThe owner (Munis) was very friendly, prompt and helpful in our communications. Finding and accessing the flat was straight forward, with clear instructions from Munis. The flat was clean and spacious enough for the three of us. We liked that it was self contained, and that the surrounding neighbourhood was generally quiet, especially overnight. Two absolute requirements for us were a parking space and a walk-in shower, both of which were met by this property. Adjustable electric heaters were very effective at keeping the place warm. Although we didn't make use of it, the balcony is a lovely feature for sunnier days. It was slightly unusual to find that the twin room had the ensuite (shower) and the double room had a separate bathroom and shower, but that was fine for us. We appreciated that basics such as toilet rolls, washing up liquid, cleaning sprays etc were provided. Overall the flat is a lovely place to stay for a few days and we would recommend it to friends and family. (Be advised that the photos currently online are representative of this property but not actual photos of it.)
We couldn't get either of the TVs to work, other than YouTube on the main one. It wasn't really a problem but perhaps some instructions might be helpful there.
DEThe communication with the host was always fast and friendly. The parking space is right in front of the house. Quite neighborhood, and a great place to make trips to Windsor castle, Highclere(Downton Abbey castle) and to London by train. The two separate bathrooms made it very comfortable.
