MyFlat Club 218 Garden Wellness Apartments

Szuper elhelyezkedés és gyönyörű kilátás. Az apartman tiszta, kényelmes, kisgyerekekkel is élhető.

Nincs az apartmanhoz belső parkolóhely, plusz összegért lehet bent parkolni. A tömb előtt fizető parkoló van. Erről jó lenne infó a leírásban. Nem kérhető kiságy, illetve semmilyen felszerelés, ami jól jöhetne kisgyerekekkel, illetve az első napunkon az egyetlen liftet (tervszerűen) karbantartották, ami babakocsival, strandcuccal feladta a leckét a 9. emeletről. Erről is jó lett volna időben értesülni, de mindez csak szőrszálhasogatás. A szállás szuper, minden mást megoldottunk.

Felszereltség, panoráma, elhelyezkedes.

Nem volt negatív egyáltalán. A párnák túl magasak nekünk, de ez......

Nie szczelne okna, słychać każda rozmowę z balkonów obok nawet gdy były okna pozamykane. I to jest tylko jedyny minus tego obiektu.

Hard to say, because the overall environment was so bad for this money, and that ruined the whole feeling... If it would have cost daily 60-80 EUR, i would not say it was okay, but for 130 EUR / day... its a non sense.

Premium Wellness Apartment - that's the name of the apartment. However, if you are really looking for a premium apartment, important to know about this property: - the whole building outside, staircase, elevator, balcony is so dirty, ugly repaired that you just cannot call it "PREMIUM"! Full with dead bugs, no-one is cleaning those and not taking care of it. - Its also stated, that there is a gym. In gym everything is thrown just anywhere, full mess, not cleaned and not organized. the machines are unusable, cheapest machines, parts falling apart. Leather parts are torn. Treadmill and cardio machines not working. Its not just "not premium", its unusable... - near the whole building uncountable amounts of bugs/flies. but the apartment doesnt have any window nets. if you go once on balcony, so many bugs flies in, that it will take 1 hour to kill them and clean it. so we had a balcony in the apartment, but we could not use it normally - regardless that its a "Premium" apartment, the kitchen is assembled with cheap materials and drawers not closing, makes a lot of inconveniences and noise. - the bathroom look like built in 90s. Bath tube full with scratches. So its not a premium! not worth the money they ask for!!! The only reason I was ready to pay the double money for this apartment was: - the misleading photos, good condition house and environment - the gym, but as i mentioned, unusable.

Apartment was very nice, clean and comfy. Had a great location and great view. Also wellness was fine and very clean. Three different coffee machines in the kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher.

There were not enough cooking pots in the kitchen, so it was a little hard to cook a lunch.
