My booking was cancelled by host and not sure why I am getting these requests for review. I did not stay here. Was told that price on booking.com was a mistake and they wanted me to pay higher price. Not professional and trying to get customers to pay more.

"I didn’t stay here due to owner change - booking arrangements the worst ever"

I never saw it as the owner changed the booking to an AirBnB with 3 days to go due to maintenance work. I haven’t rated fully for this reason. Not recommended.

I’ve never had such an awkward booking experience. Full payment was needed in advance. There was no credit card facility so I had to arrange international bank transfer for a deposit. The owner wanted a Rs5000 security deposit in advance too. Really! Two women for two nights when we were out all day. Had I not paid the deposit I would have cancelled. Not restful at all with the owner constantly hassling for money in advance and during the stay.

"Exceptional"

The amenities were great, and the location couldn't be better—just a short walk to shops, restaurants, bakeries, and eateries, with easy access to the highway. The customer service was top-notch, with quick responses to any issues. Regular cleaning by the maid, along with the convenience of a washing machine and Wi-Fi, made the stay even more comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, and it was just a stone's throw from Bandra Landsend and Carter Road, perfect for walks. I truly enjoyed my stay.
