Position is excellent

Location was the best, as it was walking distance to shops and to Cape Town stadium as we went there for the rugby. The apartment had everything we needed.

The rooms were cold (it was a winter and rainy weekend). The lounge had a heater, which helped when we were sitting there. But you may want to add a blanket to each room, just for the extra warmth when you sleep.

Great apartment and well furnished. We did wish there were some basic spices (salt, pepper). The internet was also unstable, sometimes cutting out and not working, when it was working it was sufficient.

Location, nice apartment

Security staff very unfriendly and unhelpful. Concierge was non existent, gave no service at all. Non of the amenities was in the apartment as stated on Bookingcom website. No coffee, milk, soap or toiletpaper anything in bathrooms. Someone is clearly not doing their job. When you need something and phone the nr. You get to a call center. No personal service from the concierge. And a huge problem is the aircon. No circulation in the apartment. When windows are open apartment is VERY noisy. All of the above is a huge pity because apartment is very nice.

For such an upscale apartment we were disappointed that there weren't any air conditioners, and the fans that were there doesn't work that well..

Very conveniently located.

During our 5-day stay, we were surprised to learn that cleaning services incurred additional charges. It was only after our arrival that we discovered complimentary cleaning is reserved for stays of eight days or longer. This policy, combined with the general inflexibility regarding the needs of families traveling with small children, made our stay more challenging than anticipated.

I they didn’t host me and I want a refund
