This hotel was outstanding! Gorgeous rooms and the setting by the beach was sensational. Staff were very accommodating especially when we asked for an extra night. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone .

The only thing I would say is that on the first night there was a celebration for St John and there were fire crackers going off till all hours of the morning. I didn’t realise that this was a celebration of the patron saint and was concerned that the following nights would be the same as our room over looked the beach and the partygoers. Apart from that it was a beautiful stay ina. Gorgeous location ❤️

Во-первых стоянка находится несколько минут от гостиницы после того как ты ставишь машину нужно идти с чемоданами к гостинице что-то совсем неудобно во-вторых в гостинице очень часто не работали лифты или надо было очень долго ждать лифта бассейн настолько маленький что это просто смешно

Nice rooms although on the small side and the beds are quite short. Lovely views and bar area is great.

This definitely is not 5* and overpriced for what you get. Small rooms and no breakfast with a 5* hotel is not great you have to pay extra. Felt a bit ripped off. Pool area was really dirty… the double lounge beds were filthy and the pool was cloudy and unclean. Very basic pool bar menu and I’d say hugely overpriced in general. Not somewhere I’d pay and stay again have been to so much better 5* this hotel is 4*.

The location was great - it was very close to the beach. The rooftop pool and sun beds were also amazing and it wasn’t a struggle to find an empty one at any time of the day. The views from the top are beautiful. Beds are comfortable.

This is by no means a 5 star hotel. The pictures make it look a lot more luxe than it actually is. The sea view room actually has a view of the parking lot first and then the beach. For a “five star” hotel, they really should ensure that guests are getting a 5 star experience, especially with the amount of money paid for the rooms. Nothing is included: breakfast (which is a buffet by the way) was €25/day with very limited selection and machine coffee that was undrinkable. Parking is an additional €30 per day I believe - we had to get rid of our rental car before coming here to avoid the additional cost. We were invited to a party for La Nit de Sant Joan on the rooftop terrace, not even a welcome drink was included and drinks are extortionate up there. While I am happy to pay for a drink and I know hotels of course mark up the prices, compared to other five star properties I’ve stayed with - this one was severely underwhelming. The air conditioning in the rooms would not go below 22°C and was centrally controlled, which is not their fault due to saving energy laws, however, the staff would take our key card out of the power control to stop the air con flowing while we weren’t in the room, making it extremely uncomfortable upon return. The showers could use a good scrub in the corners as there was some pink mould due to the drain not emptying fast enough. The shower room and toilet are tiny which we did not expect given the price of the rooms.

Beautiful hotel, luxurious, all of the staff was friendly, hospital and hard working to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The location was perfect, the ocean, restaurant and shops all within walking distance. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, comfortable and well designed.
