Cosey . Very well equipped. Great location for all Whitby attractions

Parking was an issue initially but as the local workers moved there cars we got parked up for the rest of our stay and no parking fees to pay

"Great little cottage"

Location was great, it was comfortable, the consoles were a hit with the kids and the facilities were great.

The bedrooms had a fusty smell, couldn't tell if it was from the bedding or the building.

Could do with a declutter was clean but very tacky which was a shame as it a great location just to much clutter every where

Location

Towels smelt musty and had hairs on some not sure if human or animal Beds far too soft for adults.

A lovely cosy clean quality cottage with everything in for a comfortable stay. Lovely and modern facilities but with a cottage quaintness. Snug but comfy sitting room with a large smart tv with all the Apps and lots of games & books. A smart TV in the bedroom too. Fantastic location - nice easy flat 5 min walk to the train/bus station. Very good customer service with updates by text with links in case anything went wrong. Excellent value - determined by what we didn't like about the property- which may well not apply to other people. Read the info properly - its very transparent what you do and don't get. Everything was as outlined - so excellent

Loo/Bathroom not on the same floor - and the double beds against the wall (Clearly shown on pics) - so a bit difficult for an older person to get out of bed to go to the loo - also without banging your head on the low beams. Parking could have been a bit of an issue but we managed to get an on-street park very near. Other than that everything was wonderful. Two keys would have been better than just one for 2 couples.
