La struttura è in una posizione panoramica, tra le colline, vicina al borgo e a varie attrazioni, come Saturnia. Il mare è più distante ma il tragitto è molto piacevole. Gli spazi esterni sono attrezzati con tavoli e sedie, e una zona con fili per la biancheria. Il parcheggio all'aperto è dotato di copertura. La colazione era ricca con vari prodotti locali, sia dolce che salato.
