"Een uitzonderlijk mooie locatie zeer gunstig gelegen"

Op 10 min rijden van Frascati en dan met de trein in 20 min naar Rome, ligt deze prachtige villa . De villa is nog mooier dan op de foto’s van Booking. Prachtige vergezichten. Terreinvan ca 7000m2 prachtig onderhouden met een mooi zwembad en verschillende zitjes afhankelijk van zon en schaduw. Mooie BBQ ruimte. Binnen van alle gemakken voorzien, slaapkamers met elk een mooie badkamer, tvkamer , fitnessruimte, washok incl wasmachine en droger .

Als ik toch wat moet verzinnen: -er was geen theepot - het is wel een gedoe met de vuilnis ( deze moet gescheiden op verschillende dagen aangeboden worden op straat )
