Location and Size of the place

The upstairs apartment was a little loud, not making noise or anything, just the floors when they walk. Not a big deal but it kept waking me up sometimes.

Large comfortable clean apartment with updated bathrooms and kitchen. Beds are great! We will return!

The kitchen was not very well equipped. It only had the very basics and the plates and bowls were plastic. Was missing things like pot holders, wine opener, measuring cups/spoons, colander, large bowl, etc. Would not be good if you actually wanted to cook. The place is not staffed and we got no reply when we contacted them via the app to report the ice maker broken and ask for ice trays. This was not a big deal, but was disappointing because they stress in their welcome letter to make sure to ask them for anything you need to make the stay a 5 star experience.

We loved everything.

It was large and clean and very well located near the CTA, and walking distance from stores, nice restaurants and the beautiful lake.

The place was clean and comfortable in a great location. The host was attentive. Would definitely return.

Arrangement was done nicely and house supplies were enough for everyone

Very easy to find. Location was great and within walking distance to many restaurants and Wrigley Field. We felt very safe walking around the neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. Apartment was very clean.

Parking was a little chaotic if you come from a small town like we do. We did spot hero at the last minute which made it easier.
