"Excellent value and great communication!"

Door code made it easy upon arrival and no hassle of keys. Couch was amazingly comfortable, pillows and bedding were great. The view was awesome. Neighbors friendly. Ping pong was a huge hit with the kids. Easy to get to and from sports complex. Little things I forgot were there (spices, chlorox wipes etc). Appliances new and clean. Bathrooms were clean and upgraded. Very spacious overall. Price point was perfect.

Beds were a little hard. Towels were clean but being white they had begun to look dirty. Scented laundry detergent was strong, smelled nice but hard for my kids with sensitive skin. Washer smelled musty but it's FL and can't really leave it open to air out.

House was equipped with everything you needed

The ironing board was not too small and not convenient The blinds at the patio door some were missing and didn't give the privacy. The blind in the Master bedroom on the end of one it was broken and again I didn't like my privacy was at risk At 9:00 am there was another guest at the door to check in before we checked out at 10:00 am nor had the unit been cleaned. I pray that the unit was cleaned before we took persuasion.

The house was clean, and well maintained. Really the only thing that could make it better is a king size bed in the master.

Lots of wildlife… but we knew that coming in.
