Very minor thing: a little more attention could be given to cleaning. The kitchen needed a good dusting, and the bathtub/tiles a good scrubbing.

Location was great

Pillows were old and lumpy. Furniture is showing its age, especially couch. There was 2 of us staying for a week and there was only 5 hangers, requested more and they said not included. There was no sponge/scrubber for cleaning the provided kitchen utensils, requested one and they said it was not included. A 50 cent item that should be there to clean anything we use in the kitchen and we were ask to clean before we leave, strange. Found 2 large dead roaches on the floor in 2 different locations.

"Ruined my trip"

Location

I indicated a 1:00-2:00am arrival to the property on 8/31/24. Called them before my departure to confirm and spoke with staff, to prevent any issues, as they use electronic locks. I still was locked out of the property with the code not working and no response to my 15 calls nor 5 emails, which caused me to pay round trip Uber to a Day’s Inn with no occupancy (put up in a room in repair, no toileting nor shower facilities), losing a full day of my stay.

"Great location, terrible bed."

New mattress was comfortable.

Bed frame is clunky and dangerous!!! Hard to get into and out of. I bumped my shin's, legs etc. Several times.
