Proximity of the location to the shopping places, restaurants and beaches. Walking distance to the beach. Complete amenities. Great and easy communication with owner.

Broken spare bed. Need a replacement.

"Perfect host and location!"

The host is very thoughtful and fantastic. Very thoroughly and clear instructions to access the place and aditional info around the vicinity. The place is walking distance to restaurants and stores (right across from McDonald's). Prefect location. The apartment is cleaned and organized. It has extra towels, beach towels and a lot of extras. Definitely will stay here again and will recommend to family and friends.

"The cons made the rating drop from good to fair"

Pros: free parking, great location, partial oven view, internet, netflix, bathroom remodeled, beds comfortable, kitchen appliances updated

Cons: rest of apt was dated and needs refurbishing, last 4 nights of our 14 nights there were cockroaches around the kitchen sink after midnight
