La localización, en primera linea de playa, cerca de comercios para hacer la compra y restaurantes. Y que hubieran dos baños (aunque les falta renovación).

Hubo una avería en el suministro del agua la primera noche , nos dijeron que no devolverían el importe de esa noche. Tras mes y medio todavía no lo han hecho, a pesar de reclamarlo en varias ocasiones. Menaje para cocinar deteriorado. Aunque no ocurrió nada durante nuestra estancia, preocupaba un mensaje de advertencia colgajo en la portería del edificio por pinchazos en las ruedas de los coches.
