Marina Duquesa 2411 Penthouse

Stayed in this complex several times great position for the port and beach also plenty of bars and restaurants

Nasty yellow shower curtain in one of the bathrooms - pillows yellow and stained And 5 adults staying we were only provided with one security Fob !!! Nightmare trying to get in and out all the time

Location is perfect. Two balconies were lovely Two bedrooms with double beds Views lovely Two bathrooms

Place needs a deep clean throughout. Disgusting black mould in shower in en-suite Thick dust on all light fittings and fan and skirting boards, hasn’t been dusted for months. There are a lot of unnecessary chattels in the apartment Need removing, don’t need three sets of scales, one of which is rusty. Etc. Two red chairs in the lounge are worn and very dirty Apartment is dated and needs some care and at attention throughout. Toilet flush was broken, curtains not on their hooks. Hand winders on window blinds lose and come off in your hand. No information book in the apartment so no WiFi code or router network. Had to request it. Works being done and workmen right outside our balcony window, no one told us about this. Work to the pool was extremely noisy as angel grinder on at 8am!

Great location, great view from the balcony. A secure car parking space was real bonus.

La ubicación es muy buena La terraza grande tiene unas vistas muy bonitas pero la terraza para comer está frente a todos los aparatos de aire acondicionado del edificio.

las toallas muy viejas, pequeñas y desgastadas. Comunicamos que había una persiana estropeada y nadie vino a solucionarlo. La piscina cierra a las 21:00 Éramos 6 personas y sólo nos dieron 1 juego de llaves, tuvimos que ir a la inmobiliaria a reclamar otro.

Super location. Apt large and comfortable

Didn't see any visible security. Pool area very loud on 2 nights with people partying late and I felt this should not be allowed

Our toilet cracked when my husband sat on it. HWe reported it immediately and waited over 5 days ( weekend and public holiday) to have it fixed. The room smelled awful and we had to sleep in the livingroom. There was 6 adults sharing 1toilet and shower. Zap Holidays kept our security deposit as somehow it was our blame
