Un pò rumoroso dalle auto di passaggio in quanto alloggio posizionato fronte strada.

Arredamento super moderno. Mobili nuovi e grande TV con Netflix. Condizionatori, doccia grandissima, phon e piastra per capelli. Lavatrice, aspirapolvere e macchina per il caffè espresso. Letto comodissimo. Check in on line, fatto in dieci minuti.

Il pavimento purtroppo non era pulitissimo, ho dovuto passare l'aspirapolvere e ho trovato scomodo che, anziché la caldaia, in bagno ci fosse lo scaldabagno. Purtroppo l'acqua è finita prima del previsto Dettagli curati, con quasi tutte le comodità, tranne i tovaglioli. È scomoda la posizione, visto che i parcheggi sono praticamente tutti a pagamento, ma questo non dipende dall'host.

We were four people and chose this place because it’s close to Ciampino Airport. It turned out to be a perfect choice – the apartment is spacious, with two rooms and large comfortable beds, very clean, and just a short walk from both the train station and the bus stop. It only took us around 5 minutes to reach the bus stop in the morning when we headed to the airport. Mattia was very helpful and sent us all the instructions we needed for check-in. There’s also a restaurant right across the street, which was great for us on the evening we arrived from the airport, since it was quite late and we could have dinner there

As a small suggestion, I would recommend adding brighter/whiter towels, as the ones provided seemed a bit faded – of course, only if Mattia wishes to.

We really enjoyed our stay at this ground floor apartment with a small yard, just big enough for a table outside – perfect for a little coffee break. My son even declared it his favorite place, as he loved the modern style and colors. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities like a coffee machine, good coffee, soap, shower gel, bath caps, etc. The location was excellent – only 5 minutes from the train station and the airport shuttle bus, which starts running around 5 a.m., making it very convenient for early flights. It can be a bit noisy in the early evening due to its proximity to the airport and train station, but since there are no flights overnight, we had no trouble sleeping. Overall, a comfortable and modern apartment in a great location – highly recommended.
