Noisy neighbours

3 floor. Didn't realize it had so many step Unfortunately my granddaughter broke her knee before traveling so it was a bit challenging

The property was located in a good location. It was stunning and clean.

When we moved in our floor was located on the last floor. It was a struggle carrying our luggage’s up the stairs as there was no elevator. We also encountered very rude neighbours who accused us of loud noise on our move in day. We apologized and explained that the noise was from trying to get our luggage’s to the apartment. However after apologizing and explaining the situation to the woman that complained. A man who I assumed was her husband came from no where and started screaming and threatening us. He claimed to own the building above and threatened he would send us out if there was any noise and said “he would break our heads” we were extremely confused because his outburst was extremely uncalled for as that was our first day there and we didn’t even make as much noise as they claimed. We even apologized to the woman for the noise and him coming from no where to threaten and scream at us was very uncalled for. If we were making that much noise the first night as they claimed they should have come up to complain but they didn’t. I strongly believe this was a racial issue because his threats and outburst came from nowhere even after we explained and apologized to the woman. She claimed they couldn’t sleep but didn’t even come up to complain so the accusations don’t make any sense because I believe we weren’t as loud as they claimed, especially not loud enough for him to threaten to hurt and chase out from the building.
