1. Удобное расположение. Рядом парк, много кафе, где можно поесть, бульвар для прогулок, торговый центр. При этом окна выходят во двор, поэтому вечером тихо. 2. Квартира чистая, просторная и удобная. Тут только как пожелание - верните вторую дверцу в душевой :) 3. Очень приветливые, гостеприимные собственники. Всегда на связи, все вопросы решались быстро. Спасибо!

О ЖК: расположение топовое, самые красивые места в шаговой доступности. Сам Жилой Комплекс новый, очень красиво построен. ЖК охраняемое. О кварире: все новое, везде чисто и уютно. Постель и постельные принадлежности в хорошем состоянии и чистые. На кухне все необходимое имеется. Отличный ремонт. Матрасы ортопедические, приятно спать.

Excellent location in the teshkent city park 5 min walk to the mall and driving 5 minutes to basically most of the places. The room is clean with all the facilities. The only downfall is that the bedroom does not have air conditioning so in hot weather or you used to cold room you won't like the sleep. Otherwise all is fine. Very secure and safe place. The other thing was that they asked for extra money around 1.5 dollar a day for registration I am not sure why but I told them it's not applicable to me as my visa condition states that I can stay in Uzbekistan for 30 days and I don't have to do any registration. So check your visa info. Ya one more thing ask about how you gonna get the key before arriving coz my flight was late at night and there is no reception (it's kinda private apartment), they will tell you where you gonna find it.

All is great except for no air conditioning in the bedroom
