The apartment was basic, clean. In a good location

It wasn’t easy accessible if you are not fit there are lots of stairs. We were there for 10 days and no bedding change, the pool area isn’t inviting there are not a lot of beds and no umbrellas . The information booklet were in Spanish and none in English, we were let into the apartment and then left to our own devices.

Had a problem with cockaroches in the apartment also too many steps to the apartment.

Easy access to all amenities

Could have been a welcome pack, tea,milk sugar etc especially if arriving late at night.

nice views from balcony. comfortable bed & basic functional living area. plenty swimming pools, free sun loungers & pool bar to enjoy.

The lock on the main door of the apartment will only unlock & release the key from outside if you pull the door towards you. this wasn’t explained by the greeting agent causing me some frustration and panic.

Managed by Holidays Tenerife, this top floor apartment is situated at the top of a finger-shaped complex stretching 200+ metres uphill from the main drag towards the motorway. It faces south enjoying a dawn to dusk sunshine balcony. Well appointed apartment but faults (eg. missing shower door for one), although reported, were not corrected.

Very un-user friendly check-in/ check out procedures. You are expected to meet specific timescales with no flexibility for flight or transfer holdups. Coach transfer was full necessitating many on route stops causing lateness at appointed meet-up time (9pm and dark). Threatened with 25 Euro surcharge as agent "couldn't wait in vain". I suggested I phoned at the apartment on arrival but the suggestion went unheeded. Eventually abandoned coach and got a taxi for fear of missing contact. All communication done through WhatsApp translator which is not always accurate in its choice of vocabulary (eg "collecting the front door!!).

apartment beneath was a construction site. I sent message to advise I couldn’t be expected to tolerate this and I was told it was not their problem as they didn’t own the other apartment. I sent another message asking to refunded so I could stay elsewhere and I did not receive the courtesy of a reply

Property is located very close to the beach, restaurants, shops. Is a huge complex of apartments, has a few swimming pools inside the complex as well as a restaurant/bar. Complex is quiet. Apartment is decent sized, has all necessary amenities. Host was quick to respond and check-in/out was easy.

Broken shower door in the bathroom. Bedroom a bit small.
