Cosy 3 Bedroom house - Bolton

house was clean, is mostly well equipped, very comfortable rooms.

no coffee maker in the kitchen, could have some more kitchen utensils. Showers had a little bit of mold.

A family home which is clean and spacious. Exactly what I needed for my trip.

Everything suited our needs space ,comfort,parking

Tidy and bright, location convenient.

One toilet is not enough for 8 adults. Heating not controllable in some rooms. Too few clothes hangers. No spare bin bags.

The location was good for us and the rooms were sufficient and plenty of space for parking. Beds were fine.

The house was tired and the photos were old or well taken. There were two safety issues I highlighted to the property management & Booking.com however neither took any action despite following up several times. There was no hand rail going up the stairs (holes showing the previous rail was fixed). The rear yard had several paving stones missing and therefore we did not allow our children outside (a shame as the outside was nice). Other immaterial items (I did not bother mentioning given the issues noted above): the bathroom had black mould spots and was particularly worn, kitchen limited with cooking equipment, no curtains and just blinds that light in, no Sky TV and the Netflix was for another household. It says that it sleeps 10 and this would be a squeeze. I could see this as a stop over house split if the cost between a number of people otherwise it is heavily over priced.

Nothing at all photos didn't do any justice the state of the street skips and the amount of waste bins outside the back garden was one of reasons why we booked for the sitting area honestly the fencing to next door was all torn apart you could see next doors mess the mess shocking and i left i had trouble with the kids on the street so i packed up and left i reported to both booking and msgs to the tenants didn't want to refund they also toke a big deposit of 250 what could i break also stayed not even an hour and wouldn't refund they've got cameras they make out but couldn't say how long i had stayed pathetic booking , com to blame also false advertising

Great location, value for money, the beds were perfect had a good sleep throughout the stay, host was great called and messaged if we needed anything just let them know, nice and quiet, adequate parking for multiple cars!
