Luxury studio in downtown (4)

Apartment owner is polite and professional, he answers fast on messages. The apartment is nice and clean, has very good shower cabin, big fridge and oven. It has all necessary dishes. Nice colorful lights can be switched on the ceiling. A big supermarket is 1 minute walk from the accommodation. The apartment is at 15 minutes walk to the very city center, the Aristotelous square.

Apartment is a bit dark during daytime, one additional window would make it perfect. On Booking the address is given in Greek letters. For convenience of future travellers who can't read Greek, it is Odisseos 13.

Sakis (the host) was amazing. The studio is renovated, it has a very large balcony. The AC works great, there's a tv, however i never used it. Kitchen has almost everything you need. We encountered a problem with the warm water, where the boiler was not working. After a phone call with Sakis, we fixed the issue, and as i said he is an amazing host. Supermarket is very close, only 1 minute walk by foot. The place is quite and you can have a good night sleep. Definitely i suggest to others to book it. (that's if you don't mind the things i didn't liked written down)

Parking is on the street, and a spot is not that easy to find, but you'll manage. Toilet is a bit too narrow when you sit on it since the washing machine is inside the bathroom and you don't have enough space to move, but it's not a big problem. Around 20minutes by foot to get to the city center. (However the bus stop is very close and you get there in 8minutes) I like walking and this is not a big issue, but since i was here for a meeting, i had to wake up earlier to walk 30 minutes towards the meeting point. Overall 9/10

Location is perfect. Studio was clean with great balcony.

The studio is clean, cozy and has everything you need. It is walking distance from city center. It has very nice huge terrace. The host responds right away and is very polite. He answered all our questions. You can find easily parking spot in front of the building (even it’s a small narrow street. WiFi connection is great.

Nice place with friendly always reachable host. Big balkony. The room has everything you need for a couple or alone.

The batteries from one of the keys was bit low- but wasn't a real problem
