"I thought I was getting a bargain but definitely didn’t."

It was a great location for being walking distance from everything

The pictures make this apartment look gorgeous. It’s not! It’s so tatty. Numerous issues such as: broken toilet seat, bathroom looking dirty due to dirty grout and rotten skirting boards. Curtains in the bedrooms don’t fully close and also have a rather large gap between them and the bottom of the window. If a neighbouring, opposite apartment wanted to look in while the curtains were closed, then they could. Not all lights in the twin room worked and same with the hall. No blinds on one of the kitchen windows. Floor in the kitchen looked scruffy due to lots of marks on it. Window handle in main bedroom was broken. TV wouldn’t play anything.

"Can’t wait to come back"

Can’t wait to stay here again … by five year old additional needs son and is obsessed with trains …. Spent hours happily looking down at the railway stations and trains coming and going… after he found you tube on the tv …Great location …staff went above and beyond with any questions I had and live chatted me as I couldn’t find property ( actually very easy but I had a teenager, toddler and luggage so was a bit stressed.) outside area downstairs to smoke so you don’t have to stand on street . Very large property so much storage space and perfect if travelling with children as unlike other apartments we have stayed recently ( serviced apartments) they can have there own space .

"A bit disappointed"

Location is great. Very bright and spacious. Lots of windows. Huge closet.

1. The oven in the “fully-equipped” kitchen didn’t work, and there was no frying pan (yes there were pots). We bought food for cooking in the oven only to find the oven didn’t work! 2. There was no tablets provided for the dishwasher. 3. The washing machine was so dirty we couldn’t wash our clothes. 4. The beds were too soft and uncomfortable. 5. No response from the management.

We found this apartament the day before our arrival because the first one we booked had to cancel the booking. This apartament saved our vacation! The location is fantastic, you can find everything you may need in the neirboorhoud and the host was gentle. Thank you, we will surely come back in the future!

I would make 2 sets of keys available, but other than that everything was perfect!
