Skol 412. Renovated Two Bedrooms Duplex with Sea View.

My family stayed at Skol apartments 412. We had the most amazing time there. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. We got a very early check in and were only a text away if we needed anything. The apartment itself is stunning. It had such a welcoming feel with its bright decor and fantastic view from the living area and bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed including a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker, microwave etc. The staff left water, soft drinks and beers in the fridge too. On the balcony you have a lovely view of the sea and greenery. The seating outside was very comfortable. The sofa bed was a great extra too. The large smart tv was welcome for our children. Upstairs the rooms were beautifully decorated and the air conditioning throughout the apartment was excellent. The pool area is very well kept, peaceful and relaxing. The pools are a good size with lush greenery surrounding them. The snack and drinks bar was great to have with a lovely relaxing vibe there. Food and drink there was very reasonable too. Skol apartments are very conveniently situated. They are right on the beach, you can even leave the pool by the front gate and you are on the promenade. There are an abundance of restaurants and bars whether you turn right or left. We were spoilt for choice. Walking to the old town took around 20 minutes but so much to see on the way. There is a beautiful garden opposite the apartment and many more nearby. I think Skol apartments are the best in Marbella and hope to return to this amazing apartment again.

Skol is the absolute perfect location in Marbella. Beautiful stroll along the seafront lined with Restaurants, or the stunning Old Town. Turn right for a 7km walk to Banus or left for a 3km walk to the old port. This Apartment is clean, comfortable and well equipped. Anabel at Marbella Skol letting agency is lovely to deal with. If you are sensitive to noise, you may find the external road position not preferable. My photos feature the sunrise from the bedroom, absolutely stunning.

Location

Apparent was perfect for the family of 4 everyone had separate room with air-conditioning, comfortable beds, big wardrobes, well equipped kitchen. I mostly loved the location right outside the beautiful beach, promenade and close to Marina attractions, overlooking see and green park area. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. 10 min walk to explore Marbella's old town. Facing East Appartment balcony was cool in the evening where we enjoyed sitting and chilling. Pool was perfect for the kids well maintained and pool towels where included. A bit shaded in the morning but from midday full Sun. The pool lounges were €3 reservation fee for full day, which works for those who like to spend all day at the pool and keep space while out for lunch etc. Getting keys from reception was hassle free and the Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Some mornings I could hear traffic noises from the street due to beaches maintenance equipment getting true and waist trucks but that was understandable. I would add extra little things like a soap disposer in the downstairs bathroom and bigger choping bord.
