Studio Apartment in Dartford, 5mins to Stn & High Str.

I booked this place for my mom. It was very convince , very good location and it was very clean.

Honestly I have nothing to say

It was very compact and had a cozy feel to it, lovely little shower room off the main room and cooking facilities in the kitchenette were fine for a short stay

The property was a HMO, so whether they were short term guests or long term tenants, I’m not sure, but with the room being on the ground floor and right next to the main entrance, unfortunately there was a lot of noise from the others in the house, and especially when they were coming and going at all hours, but the worst part was that they didn’t seem to care if anyone was in that room, I was woken at 6am after a dreadful night sleep, to at least 2 people talking and laughing on the door step and they were very loud. And that happened 2 or 3 times in the 4 days that I stayed. Also think that, a double bed would work better in there, as the radiator is blocked by the second single bed, maybe a double bed in the middle and move the wardrobe closer to the window and maybe have a desk under the window, but that’s personal preference and if this is mainly for professional purposes and have generally two people staying that aren’t a couple, then it works fine I suppose.

A real home away from home. Perfect location, very clean. Has everything you need, clean kitchen utensils, complimentary drinks and Bottled water in the fridge, Netflix, powerful water pressure in the shower/toilet, hairdryer. Parking was available Hosts are not onsite so there was enough privacy

There is no seating area to eat, so had to eat on the bed. As it's a small space, a foldable table would have been better and then the bed can be used as a chair whilst eating Shower could do with a shelf to hold supplies. Also shower soap would have been nice Bedroom could do with an extension for the sockets to allow charging multiple gadgets. I forgot to bring one for myself Had to ask hosts for wifi details. It wasn't provided in the room
