"Overall a pleasant stay."

Comfortable lodge, good location, well stocked.

Could have done with more pillows and bath mats. Phone signal is lousy so having internet would have been handy. Attention to detail with the cleaning could have been better as cooker top, kitchen sink & tap were a little dirty.

Amazing lodge the master bedroom is so spacious and loads of storage. The kitchen has everything you would have at home including a dishwasher and washing machine. Comfy lounge area with lots of seating. The shower is nice and powerful and a good temp

No real dislikes but think the towel rails/ radiators need to be turned down all of us burnt ourselves while we were there. I would be worried if I had children they are too hot.

Everything! This home is immaculate! It’s the perfect stay. Comfy beds; VERY well stocked kitchen, lots of storage for clothes… the best place we have ever stayed in Hunatanton.

"Underwhelming"

The location of the caravan was good, the size of the bedroom was excellent with a walk in wardrobe. The beds were pretty comfy, and it had a decent shower.

I dont think i have stopped in a property for years that doesn't supply bedding and towels, most of the caravans we have rented ( and we have stayed at manor park alot!) have even had little welcome packages and much more of a home from home feel. Also there were large stains of what looked like food on the sofa cushion and there were dust and cobwebs throughout, marks on the wall and in general in need of a little spruce up. Overall it felt a bit underwhelming. We have stopped in some beautiful caravans but this one whilst had its good points felt unloved.

"Not a stay ….. shocking …..avoid"

We couldn’t stay here as there was a strong smell in the caravan. Tried to get a refund and got fobbed off. They offered £100 refund of a £400 holiday. Very poor customer service. Would not use this company again. On a positive booking.com we’re very helpful.

Smells with damp carpets.

Very clean, well decorated and comfortable holiday home with all the facilities we required during our stay. Our dog was very happy too. Will be definitely be returning!
