N290 - Numana, ampio trilocale con terrazzo vista mare

We especially liked the location and neighbourhood - no tourists, just local inhabitants and quiet location, not far away from the town center and the coast. This was truly a big plus. We also loved tree terraces with the view of the ocean. The apartment was also large so it nevef felt crowded with 6 people in.

We were strongly disappointed by bathrooms - the top one smelled so badly that we barely used it. The bottom one was a bit better but the shower was in poor condition and the plastic shower curtain was disgusting as well as dysfunctional. The second weakness was parking - you rent the appartment for six people so it is more likely that we would arrive by two cars. However, there was only one parking space available. The agency was not very helpful in providing information/support for our other car. We had to park it on a public parking and pay for it from our own pocket. It would have been a nice gesture if the agency would reimburse us for parking payment and assist us more in the environment new for us. Also, the apartment was not very clean - we felt like we entered someone´s private place with lots of old stuff (cuttlery, textil, personal belongings, etc.). The apartment was not cheap so we would expect a bit better standards.
