Llevo dos meses esperando y reclamando una factura semana tras semana y la única respuesta que obtengo es que la van a pedir.

As I have flag to the property there was a leakage of water from the upstairs bathroom down to the entrance. However the property answered promptly and apologized for the inconvenience.

Nous avons aimé la piscine sur le toit (dont l'eau est très propre), les 3 couchages séparés, la luminosité de l'appartement, l'espace, la présence d'une machine à laver et d'un lave-vaisselle, la climatisation, la douche puissante et toujours de l'eau chaude, la proximité du métro, des bus et de commerces, le parking privatif

L'absence d'équipements autour de la piscine (pas de quoi s'asseoir, ni s'allonger, pas de toilettes), les toilettes de l'appartement dans la salle de bains et à l'étage, pas de volets occultants dans les chambres (seulement des rideaux, dont celui de la grande chambre ne descendait qu'aux 2/3 de la fenêtre)

Piso muy cómodo y bonito, con dos balcones, entorno tranquilo y bonitas vistas, plaza de parking privada en un parking subterraneo seguro, piscina en planta 17 con preciosas vistas, se puede ver el Montjuc. Metro debajo del piso con linea directa a Plaza España, muy rápido, sólo 3 paradas (FGC, ibamos con linea S8). Nos vino de lujo para ir al concierto al Estadio Olimpico Lluis Companys - S8 y paseo al Montjuc de Plaza España (hay escaleras eléctricas, asi que no cansa tanto y las vistas son preciosas, pero también habian autobuses de Plaza España al Estadio). En el piso nos esperaba una botella de agua fresca, hay café y té, En el baño hay jabón, champú, recargas de papel higiénico y también un secador de pelo. Muchas toallas, sábanas, nórdicos en el armario. Las camas y almohadas muy cómodas, no nos apetecia levantarnos :) Hay aire acondicionado, entramos y hacia fresquito, muy agradable con esta Ola de calor. En resumen, lo recomendamos mucho.

The apartment is spacious with all amenities described, at walking distance to gym, supermarket and metro station.

One of the beds is located at the landing on the second floor, where there is no air conditioning and it is on the way from both rooms to the toilet or to the kitchen. It was impossible to sleep there (we were a group of 4 people so all beds had to be used).

I can recomend , all was good

The kitchen was well stocked and large fridge. Bed comfortable.

Not clean. General wear and tear that hasn’t been addressed. Cheap fittings and furnishings. Blinds were filthy. Noisy rickety stairs.
