Old Town Modern Flat, 4 Minutes From Beach - EaW Homes

This apartment is absolutely beautiful. Decorated to a very high standard with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. Well equipped, clean and comfortable Lovely balcony with table and chairs to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Conveniently overlooking the square. We will be returning throughout the year .

Apartment is very spacious and modern and has a great view over the square. Conveniently located for shops, restaurants, park and beach.

Could do with better system to support Netflix as no English tv channels. Could do with more mugs and bowls. Just a warning…..there is a lot of nighttime noise from rubbish collection and street cleaning right outside the main bedroom windows, made it difficult for sleeping for me.

So handy for the beautiful old town and the proximity to the beach and all the lovely bars and restaurants . The bus route to Puerto Banus was literally 2 mins a way

Large, spacious apartment, renovated, fully equipped. close to the sea in the center of the old Town.

Cleanliness of the apartment very bad. Large brown stains on light curtains and on the wall. The sofa in the living room was dirty and covered in grease stains. There is mold on the ceiling in the large bedroom. The bathroom tiles in the shower were not cleaned and the grout was moldy. Dishes, glasses and glasses not clean, with streaks and greasy stains. The air conditioning in the living room was broken.

Access to beach and old town is fantastic.

Couldn’t find remote for air con in bedroom.

Location was idyllic, watching everyone from the balcony wander around the old town by the fountain. The apartment was modern, nicely decorated, and spacious for our family of 6. Had everything you need. An array of restaurants , bars, coffee shops, and shops all on your doorstep!

Both wall air-conditioning units in the bedrooms were not working, and we were not informed beforehand. A temporary mobile unit was placed in one bedroom, but you had to keep the balcony door open to let the extractor tube out while this was on, which then let's the heat in and compromises safety.
