UPSTAIRS Alki Beach APARTMENT - Seattle -Historic-1858

Awesome location to wake up to the voices of seagulls, stroll to Alki beach for a morning coffee or evening sunset. The bed was comfortable. I also enjoyed chilling out on the deck. There’s a generous supply of cold water bottles, breakfast items and snacks.

The stairs are a bit steep with heavy luggage, but very doable. Mardy was kind enough to carry up the bag.

Kate and Mardy are fabulous hosts. Property well located 1/2 block from water and fun water front street. Restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and tourists shops line the street. Property very clean, updated, well stocked, dry, comfortable temperature control, nothing out of place. Lighting plentiful. Kitchenette very functional for eating, not for cooking. Parking on street easy, but have a smaller vehicle.Would return in a heartbeat

Great location; near the beach, airport, ferries, water taxi, Seattle. The apartment was clean, had ample space, and a nice balcony to enjoy the sunset and cool beach mornings. Appreciated the snacks and drinks. The hosts were welcoming, friendly, helpful, respectful, and responsive.

The parking on the street can be tricky on busy beach days, but the hosts offered private parking in a pinch.

Loved the location and the apartment was perfect for a couple and the upkeep of the property was superb.
