Stunning 3br flat by Costarentals - Ref 150

We were absolutely bowled over with this property it was clean, modern & had everything you needed & to top it off the terrace was fabulous, especially for 5 women. We could sunbath in comfort, socialise, eat & drink & we found the pull out awning to be a god send!

For us ( some runners) it was it great location close to the beachfront and cafes. A lovely, large, airy apartment with everything we needed. It was easy to contact the company with the couple of issues we encountered and they were quickly resolved. Thank you

We arrived after dark and spent 20mins trying to find the keys before eventually calling someone. We were aware it was out of hours and didn't think anyone would pick up but thankfully they did and were able to help. A key box hidden in a hedge round the other side of the building maybe isn't the easiest place to find in the dark. We were a party of 5 adults, so a few more towels would have helped and covers on the pillows would have been a bit more hygienic. The key box got removed while we were still staying there so we didn't have enough keys as we couldnt leave one of the 2 sets anywhere for others in our group.

Fantastic apartment, it has everything you need. Good hot shower, well equipped kitchen, and a BBQ. It's also well located near the beach with plenty of parking nearby. We had a great time and would definitely book again.

A nearby apartment was being renovated with noise starting at 8:am every morning. The elevator didn't work, but I'm sure they would have done something about it if asked.

The apartment was beautiful and great location..

As there was 5 of us ..we would have appreciated a change of bed linen..we were told to wash them..didn't mind washing towels..but didn't go on holiday to wash bed linen..

Needs more sockets in the kitchen area, only one set of keys, no safe for valuables and TV was not user friendly

The location of this apartment is fantastic! A 2 minute walk to the beach and 20 minute walk to the marina which we did every day and evening. Such a great selection of restaurants and bars and we ate at the marina every evening. The apartment itself is clean and modern and catered for our needs, we really liked the actual apartment. One thing to note is that the advert says ‘private pool’- it’s not! The pool is a shared pool for the apartment complex and is quite small with not much room for sunbeds. We went in October and it was too cold for us use anyway. What really ruined our stay, and it’s such a shame, was the noisy work being carried out which we were not pre warned about! There were painters and workers there every day of our stay from 8am-6pm making such a noise! We woke to machinery beeping and men shouting and this continued all day every day! One day, we woke to find the group of workers on our balcony and terrace!- again, we were not asked or told about this - there was paint and tools everywhere! The paint fumes made it unbearable to stay and we couldn’t even use our own apartment! This unfortunately meant that every day of our stay we had to leave our apartment and not return until 6pm. Yes, we had a lovely break and enjoyed Benalmadena, but we would have like to have been able to relax and enjoy our apartment too. I made several attempts to contact the rental company whilst there who did not answer the phone or reply quickly enough to my messages. On return, they agreed to refund me 126 euros as compensation. Whilst I am grateful for this small gesture, unfortunately it did not change the fact that our break was somewhat ruined by the noisy work being carried out. Finally, I would just add that the check in process was awful! We paid for early check in and arrived slightly earlier than expected. Again, contact with the rental company was poor. W head to wait to collect the keys from a key safe in a hedge!!!

The noise! We couldn’t relax or stay in our apartment any of the days we were there! The check in process was very poor. The pool isn’t private, it is shared with the apartment complex. The rental company communication was v poor.
